MISSION BAY EAST CAMPUS PHASE 1 BUILDING (BLOCK 33)
COMMISSIONING SERVICES
The University of California San Francisco (University), Capital Programs requests written proposal from qualified Commissioning Authorities to provide preconstruction, construction, and post-construction analytics based Commissioning Services (Cx) for the Mission Bay East Campus Phase 1 Building (Block 33) project.

Final selection and appointment is contingent upon funding and budget approval. PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES – WEST ZONE
PM/CM SERVICES
UCSF Capital Programs is seeking qualified firms to provide Project/Construction Management services for projects on any and all locations on the UCSF campus. The selection process will establish a primary Project/Construction Management consultant firm to be used for ongoing efforts at UCSF’s West Zone areas. The selected Project/Construction Management consultant firm for West Zone will be used as back up for UCSF’s East Zone areas in the case of conflict of interest, lack of interest or availability of qualified staff on the part of the other Project/Construction Management consultant firm. The current Project/Construction Management consultant firm for East Zone will continue to provide back up for UCSF’s West Zone areas in the case of conflict of interest, lack of interest or availability of qualified staff on the part of the selected Project/Construction Management consultant firm.

CLINICAL SCIENCES BUILDING RENOVATION
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING FIRMS
UCSF Capital Programs is seeking letters of interest and written responses to this Qualification Packet from qualified firms to provide geotechnical consulting services for the Clinical Sciences Building Renovation Project. The selected engineering firm will provide Construction Administrative support for the Clinical Sciences Building Renovation Project based on existing design documentation.
