5590/600 MINNESOTA STREET STUDENT AND TRAINEE HOUSING
STRUCTURAL PLAN REVIEW SERVICES
The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Real Estate is seeking letters of interest and written responses from qualified qualified firms to perform Structural Plan Review for the 590/600 Minnesota Street Student and Trainee project. The project delivery method is Construction Manager at Risk with Skanska USA as the CMAR. The construction is in progress with completion scheduled for May 2019.

ARCHITECTURAL FIRMS
The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Real Estate is seeking letters of interest and written responses from qualified Architectural firms who can demonstrate their technical expertise and success in leading the planning and design of seismic retrofit upgrades to stabilize UC Hall. UCSF is seeking to provide much needed student housing on the Parnassus campus potentially in the existing UC Hall building on Parnassus Avenue. This would be a future seismic improvement project subject to future funding; in the interim the University needs to stabilize, close and secure UC Hall.
