UCSF MINNESOTA STREET STUDENT & TRAINEE HOUSING
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Capital Programs is seeking letters of interest and written responses from qualified Architectural Firms who can demonstrate excellence in design, and deliver beautiful, enduring, responsive, efficient, and innovative medical student and trainee housing of the highest quality. UCSF will construct up to 390,000 gross square feet on two parcels, 566/590 and 600 Minnesota Street, located in the Dogpatch neighborhood approximately one block south of the Mission Bay campus.

UCSF MOUNT SUTRO OPEN SPACE RESERVE MANAGEMENT PLAN
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING FIRMS
The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is seeking letters of interest from qualified firms to provide professional services to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the UCSF Mount Sutro Open Space Reserve Management Plan, which proposes a number of management actions in the Reserve at the Parnassus Heights campus site.

MCB FIT PLANNING STUDY
ARCHITECTURAL FIRMS
The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Capital Programs is seeking letters of interest and written responses from qualified firms to provide professional services for the programming and planning for improvements to Mission Center Building. Mission Center is a six-story building, and all floors are built-out and fully occupied. Current surveys indicate that about 800 people work in the 300,000 gross square foot Mission Center building. The building consists of mostly office space with limited lab space on the 2nd and 6th Floors and a Data Center on the 4th Floor.
