UCSF & UC HASTINGS CAMPUS HOUSING
REAL ESTATE ADVISORY SERVICES
The Regents of the University of California ("The Regents"), on behalf of their San Francisco campus ("UCSF"), and University of California, Hastings College of the Law ("UC Hastings" or “the College”) propose to develop new and/or renovate existing campus housing and community-serving space. UC Hastings and UCSF seek to contract with a highly experienced Real Estate Advisory Services firm to guide the institutions through all phases of the joint development process.

Final selection and appointment is contingent upon funding and budget approval. BMS DESIGN INTEGRATION AND COMMISSIONING SERVICES FIRMS
The University of California San Francisco (University), Capital Programs requests written proposal from qualified Professional Service firms to provide preconstruction, construction, and post-construction Design Integration and Commissioning Services for the EAST CAMPUS BMS RENEWAL and PHTS CAMPUS BMS UPGRADE STUDY projects. The University is committed to modernizing its campus enterprise control systems using a delivery method that integrates commissioning, project programming, control system design, and delivery strategies.
